Welcome to a practical, affordable choice for professional counseling services. We are certified and trained professional counselors who want to offer an alternative to "managed care" services. Here's some ways we hope to make a difference:

We offer individual, marital and family counseling as well as group  sessions. We believe that most human beings will find solutions to their problems when they have the support of a compassionate and skilled listener.  Drawing from training in psychology, religion and our own life's experiences, we will walk beside you for awhile as we learn from each other.  

›› Holistic Healing and Holistic Groups

There's an old quote that says "God heals and physicians collect the fee". Although we believe it's not quite that simple, we know that with any particular problem, the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. "Holistic healing " means focusing on all aspects of health including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Periodically, we offer low-cost group sessions called "holistic healing groups". More oriented towards personal growth rather than just problem solving, these groups bring together a diverse mix of people and provide a wonderful setting for expanding your horizons. The groups are usually ten weeks long and focus on a specific topic such as:
